Terms and Conditions

Each foodpanda eGift voucher has the corresponding discount value which shall be applied to the total food bill of the order in the foodpanda app.

The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the foodpanda eGift voucher.

The foodpanda eGift voucher must be redeemed within the validity period. Any expired vouchers will not be honored or replaced.

The foodpanda eGift is NOT valid for use on the delivery fee.

Only one foodpanda eGift voucher may be used per transaction.

The minimum order value must be equal to or greater than the voucher amount.

Valid for foodpanda booking in the Philippines only.

The foodpanda eGift voucher may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services and it cannot be exchanged for cash.

The foodpanda eGift voucher may not be exchanged, refunded, or voided.

The foodpanda eGift voucher may be subject to other terms and/or conditions of foodpanda.
